Terms and Conditions for Auto Repair Services
Service Agreement
By accepting service from My Tech Auto, you authorize your agreement to the following listed below.
Communication
As a means to communicate, My Tech Auto may use customers contact information to share estimates/invoices, and to answer any questions the customer may have via call/text. Customers may receive calls/messages as needed for service updates and inquiries until the service is complete (within 1-2 days)

Estimates
Estimates provided by My Tech Auto are based on the first assessment of the vehicle’s condition. Final costs may change depending on the repairs needed. The customer will be notified if there are any changes to the estimate before proceeding with further work.
Authorization
Authorization to work on vehicles needs to be given by the customer. Once authorization is given, my tech auto will proceed with the repairs and services as agreed. Should the customer be made aware of any additional work needed on the vehicle, it will require separate authorization and agreement on costs.
Parts & Materials
My Tech Auto reserves the right to purchase new and aftermarket parts as needed for the vehicle. In some cases when doing engines, transmissions or cradles, used parts will be used and customers will be notified. We keep all replaced parts unless stated otherwise from customers.
Terms of Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service provided. A deposit will be required for jobs exceeding $2,000. We accept cash and card and offer financing options. Failure to provide payment will result in a fee and a lien on the vehicle.
Warranty
My Tech Auto provides a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty (which ever comes first) on parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover damages resulting from accidents or misuse.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct information about their vehicles condition. My Tech Auto is not responsible for any issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information given by the customer.
Liability
My Tech Auto is not responsible for the loss or damages to valuables left in vehicles. We advise all customers to remove any valuables before handing over their vehicle for repair.
Termination of Services
My Tech Auto has the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a customer fails to comply with or violates these Terms.
Privacy

Modifications
We may update the Terms & Conditions at any time. By continuing to use our services after changes have been made means you accept the new Terms.
